One year old baby, nine others killed in auto crash

   * Uuuuh, not good at all , may their souls rest in peace*

Ten peoples including a one year old child were burnt beyond recognition in a fatal autocrash at Takai, Kano- Kari federal highways Monday night.
Security sources told Vanguard that the incident which occured around 11.00pm Monday night was between a gulf car and heavy duty truck within the area of a bridge near Takai, headquarter of Takai local Government area of Kano state.
The account revealed that the Gulf car was overtaking another vehicle at a bend close to the bridge when it had a head on collision with the trailer.
The source explained that “the crash triggered an inferno hence the two vehicle were burnt beyond recognition”, adding that “ten badly burnt corpses were recovered from the scene of the accident”.
However the source also stated that the driver of the heavy duty auto mobile survived with high degree burns, and been admitted at Takai General Hospital.
The Head of Operation, Federal Road Safety Commission, Kano Command, Malam Kabirru Nadabo confirmed the incident to Journalists in Kano.
Malam Kabiru Nadabo blamed the accident on “a dangerous overtaking by the gulf car and that the impact triggered fire that consumed the occupants.
The Head of Operation revealed that ” the remain of the dead passengers has been buried at Takai cemetary”, stressing that “this was made possible by coopration of the local council official”.
Malam Kabiru Nadabo therefore  appealed to motorists  to always abide by trafic code to minimize rampant cases of autocrash on our highways.
