US rapper Cedrick Smith better known as YouTube star CeddyBu Rap Sumo has passed away following a car crash he was involved in, hours after New Year’s Day.
CeddyBu was reportedly not wearing a
seatbelt at the time of the crash while driving in a Dodge Charger
vehicle in Louisiana. The driver, Wilbert Pryor (who was also not
wearing his seatbelt) sustained minor injuries.
The 24-year-old got his nickname ‘Rap Sumo’ from his size. He reportedly weighed 650 Pounds (250Kg).
Police are still investigating the crash. They believe excessive speed played a role in the accident.
