Photo:Dad Crushes Toddler Daughter To Death

Martin Kruger, a 35 year old farm manager from Dewetsdorp accidentally crushed his toddler daughter to death while reversing his pick-up truck.



According to report, he did not see his daughter Anika follow him outside when he left the house at about 5pm on Monday to go into town.
“I looked around to see where she was, because I knew she was always outside. I didn’t see her so I assumed she was watching TV with her sisters.”
Kruger had reversed his truck about two metres when he heard a “strange noise” and immediately knew something was wrong. He got out and found his youngest daughter lying next to the wheel.
She was rushed to the nearest doctor but was already dead.
