Gunmen suspected to be Islamist militant of Boko Haram earlier today raided a police station in Kaduna killing yet-to be determined number of police officers. A police source who witnessed the attack told Saharareporters that the gunmen stormed Kajuru Police Station, situated in Maraban Kajuru, Kajuru local government area along Kaduna-Kachia Road in the predominantly christian southern parts of Kaduna State. The area, according to the source witnessed heavy gun fire that overwhelmed the policemen on duty. Details coming soon.
