GLO has added on its numerious list of ambadassors Omawumi, Waje &
Flavour. Glo tends to makes a swoop on all the trending musical acts in
the industry. Burna Boy was just added some weeks back and glowing in
green. This brings up the number of Glo Ambassadors to 7.
GLO over the years have been heavy on investment in indigenous
ambassadors. In past times they’ve relied heavily on the stars from the
movie industry, Nollywood, signing up an admirable team of them. Chioma
Chukwuka, Monalisa Chinda, and Nonso Diobe and a lot of others once
glowed green with pride and smiled with GLO as their communication
brand. But now there is a perceived shift in the entertainment scene,
with the music industry enjoying worldwide acceptance. The musical stars
are also growing in their influence too, hence the shift in strategy
for their lastest branded advertisement campaigns, especially the new
Mobile Number Portability (MNP) campaign
