This is Gwyneth Paltrow last night at the Gene Siskel Film Center Gala, but something's different. She obviously hasn't had her boobs done judging by this photo, but weren't they larger in the past? Like, significantly larger? Because if you look at the photos in this gallery, you'll take note: Gwyneth Paltrow's boobs were significantly larger over the years, and it's not just fluctuation in weight.
Another thing that's totally different? She didn't always have that narrow, aristocratic nose, either.
Gwyn might be on our "good" radar for now, but there's no disputing that she's definitely had some work done, guys. No way
