Gospel artiste and award winning On-Air-Personality (OAP), Sabina Umoren, and her Perfect Realm Band electrified the UJ Eusene Stadium, Calabar with gospel songs at the just-concluded Calabar Carnival with her hit-tracks.
The Gidigba diva sang hit-tracks from her album, Beautiful, like, Na you hold me, Jesu le and Gidigba to the delight of the audience. It was a session of undiluted worship and high praise as people said that Sabina served the crowd during the Cross River State’s Night of Thanksgiving!
The electrifying worship leader was excited as she recounted her blessings of double honour in absentia the same evening in Lagos at the eighth Shomolu Community Award (SOCOM AWARD) where she received the Outstanding Broadcaster of the Year 2012 Award. The first lady of Naija FM 102.7 said she and her team, Perfect Realm, clocked eight years on stage and recently shot the video of Jesus Le, which would be released in the market soon.
Sabina also achieved a feat during the Christmas season when she did a collabo with Kefee, Bouqui, Tim Godfrey, Joseph Benjamin, Gaise among others to record a Christmas single titled This Christmas.
The song has received wide viewership/downloads locally and internationally. On the way forward in 2013, Sabina said: “She and her team will spring a lot of surprises all over the world. She said ‘Expect more singles, more videos, more tours and we will definitely work harder, and enjoy more this year.
