Happy Birthday To President, Goodluck Jonathan

The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is a year older today 20th November. He turned 56. Wishing him many more successful & happy years ahead. Happy birthday, sir!
Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON), and President, Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, was born to a Niger Delta family of canoe makers on November 20, 1957. He graduated from the University of Port Harcourt, where he studied Zoology and proceeded with his Master’s and Ph.D degrees in Hydrobiology and Fisheries Biology, and Zoology respectively at the same University. In between, he had completed a mandatory one year of National Youth Service in Iresi, Osun State. Jonathan is married to Dame Patience Goodluck Jonathan, and the have two children.

Before taking the main post in Nigeria, he served as Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Governor of Bayelsa State and Vice-President. Jonathan was sworn-in on May, 6, 2010 as President. He is the 14th Head of State.  Congratulations and happy birthday my baby boo boo, Mr President sir..

Researchers at the University of Cambridge have discovered that what makes for a beautiful face in a fox, is similar to the features of an attractive human.The study found that features seen in farmed foxes - such as flat faces and smaller jaws, as well as a large space between the height of the cranium and face - are the same features that humans find desirable.It has long been known that the bone structure of people’s faces determines their beauty and marks them out as a suitable mate.According to this comparison, African women with African noses or features aren''t beautiful then ..rolls eyes*(I thought foxes are ugly animals though)...

Jesus Statue Survives Typhoon Haiyan's Destruction In The Philippines (PHOTO)

As Typhoon Haiyan tore through the Philippines, it caused destruction on an unprecedented scale, tearing up homes and causing families to flee its violent path.

However, one survivor continued to stand tall with arms outstretched-- a giant statue of Jesus Christ that escaped unscathed from the natural disaster.

Though Haiyan erased entire towns from the map, Jesus remains upright, casting a protective gaze over the coastal town of Tanauan, in the central Philippines. Pope Francis urged Catholics worldwide to pray for the victims of the typhoon that ravaged the Philippines, which has the largest number of Catholics in Asia.

The preservation of the statue has served as a symbol of hope to those still struggling to survive the typhoon's wounds, which left around 5,000 dead, according to recent death tolls.
